At SMC Aesthetics, we prioritize the confidentiality of our patients' personal and medical records. All patient data, including clinical charts, hair loss history, before-and-after photographs, and billing transactions, are stored securely within our private database. We do not sell or lease patient records to third-party marketing companies.

2. Consultation Form Submissions

The personal details collected via our online appointment booking form (Name, Phone Number, Email, and clinical interest) are processed solely to contact you regarding your free consultation. These details are shared only with our in-house medical coordinators at our DHA Phase 2 and Baldia branches in Karachi.

3. Photographic Consent

Before-and-after photos displayed on our website or social media channels are published only after receiving written consent from the respective patients. Patients reserve the right to request the removal of their photos from our database at any time.

4. Cookie Usage & Tracking

SMC Aesthetics uses cookies and tracking pixels (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to monitor site traffic and measure conversion success on our landing pages. These cookies collect anonymous browsing metrics and do not harvest personal clinical data.
